WHAT IS YOUR RANGE?

ree

Just as sound is the perception of changes in air pressure and sight the perception of light, tastes and smells are the perception of chemicals in the air or in our food.

Every Organ of Perception has a range in which some level of information is transformed into a nerve signal causing the body-mind to respond appropriately

For example we have a range in which we can see light within the electromagnetic spectrum

There is also a range in which we can hear sound as a human being based on the cilia and density of the eardrum

There is a range in which we can feel hot and cold and pressure and sensation.

There is a range in taste based on our taste buds

and also a range for what we smell

Now if a person has a difficult time changing something that keeps repeating then it is most likely tethered to the narrowed firing of one’s sense organs...that is to say….

The person eats the same food

The person listens to the same sounds

The person senses the world from the same position (touch feel)

The person smells the same smells

So if a person decides to get pulled into the theme of life as the goal being “comfort” or the narrow position of ones senses, then it stands to reason that the nervous system and the firing of all their sensory organs will be limited in nature and their experience of life muted, compressed, and challenged.
